Gorenje Sušice is a settlement in the Dolenjske Toplice municipality in Slovenia. The area is part of the historical region of Lower Carniola. The municipality is now included in the Southeast Slovenia statistical region.[2]

The local church is dedicated to the Saint Roch (Slovene: Sveti Rok) and belongs to the Toplice parish. It was built in 1651.[3]
